Personality:
Hei is normally shy and very timid around others. He is easily upset, and comes off as a total cry baby. Hei is the kind of kid who hates seeing others get seriously hurt. However, Hei takes after his father in more than hair and eyes. Unlike Oliver though you'd be better off worrying about when Hei is calm because that's when he'll strike. Since he's so little and against hurting others it may just be pinning somebody down so they'll stop or kicking sand in their eyes so he can get away.

Saffire- "Oh, Mama? Mama's really fun to play with! She isn't mean to me either >:I"

-He has a small amount of telepathy and can read somebody's emotions and hold mental conversations with a participating pokemon(in other words he can't do anything except tell how you feel unless you let him XD)
