Generally speaking, Colin is a chill guy who tends to go with the flow.(A live and let live kind of guy) He has never really been one to argue excessively, or berate others around him. Rather, Colin's more likely to submit to another, more aggressive pokemon's will than try and fight back. That being said, if he really does truely believe in something Colin will stand up for it. He isn't a complete push over, nor does he tolerate bullies. Colin was one of the oldest kids in the orphanage and was a big brother to a lot of kids. As a result he is very protective and does know how and when to stand up for himself and others. Another perk of being raised in an orphanage, well a perk for other people, is Colin's loyalty. He didn't have very many friends, if any, so he learned at an early age to prize those few he had.  As such Colin is exceptionally loyal, and would do most anything for his closest friends. Despite all these good qualities, and seemingly calm and kind nature, Colin is a pessimist. He always sees the bad side of things, and tends to make pretty stark comments. This even extends to his humor, making snarky comments about how awful the situation is, or how it'll just get worse is his "thing". When he's in a spectacularly bad mood, Colin has been known to point out all the flaws in those around him, their plans or ideas, and just about everything else. Hand-in-hand with his rather rude comments are his snide ones. While Colin doesn't often show his sarcastic side, it's the most obvious and really only shows when he's upset or angry. Normally, Colin's "sarcasm" is limited to "uh-huh" and disgusted eye-rolls.
Now, the biggest thing to worry about with Colin is his temper. While it's mostly non existant, and the young man tends to just take a few deep breaths he can be absolutely ruthless when his anger gets the best of him. Being raised with no one there to look out for you, getting into some pretty nasty scrapes as a child, and even being attacked by a gang leads one to learn the best ways to get people away from you. Colin is a brutal fighter regardless of his form, and he is guiltless afterwards. He won't hesitate to do his very best to absolutely ruin those who he believes deserve it.

.Backstory ::

A young Typhlosion woman fell hard for a young Gogot(a weapon), and the two soon entered into a seemingly mutual romance. Now, this pair wasn't exactly well-to-do in any way. Rather they were both very poor, and that Typhlosion? She was addicted to multiple hard drugs and getting worse and worse. In fact, the young man was a member of a gang. Regardless of this, the Typhlosion was enamoured....It was far too late when she realized he was no good. The young woman had become pregnant with his child, but he was gone. Regardless of her pain, she tried to stop using drugs...At least a little. She didn't completely stop, but rather lessened use, but when she saw her son? All she could see was the man who left her. Broken-hearted the woman gave up her son as soon as he was born, unable to look at her son without thinking of the man who left her to rot. The boy was left in the capable hands of the nuns in charge of one of Trenton, New Jersey's orphanages.
As he grew, the little Cyndaquil was angry and bitter. He often argued back and fought against the nuns. He especially fought the other children. It wasn't until one of the younger nuns, a twenty something year-old Meganium by the name of Matilda took charge of Colin that he managed to kind of settle down. While he still had a nasty, nasty temper, Colin started to calm down a lot. Matilda managed tio teach the boy manners through very strict and brutal lessons. Sadly, she couldn't completely tame his brutality. Colin still fought others and oft took out his anger on those who pissed him off. Thankfully, he had learned loyalty and even how to be a good person from Matilda. He actually started to mother hen a few of the youngest kids, protecting them from the older children. However, one day(he was roughly twelve) Colin and a friend were treking through the city towards the orphanage. His companion was donning a gang's marking, a scrap of clothe wrapped around his arm...The issue here was their location, another gang's turf. The duo was jumped, and they fought back viciously. Colin was attacked by a kid with a blade, and was quickly knocked down. He managed to escape a rather nasty blow in exchange for a few sharper ones on his nose. Thankfully, the boys were rescued by one of Colin's "older siblings" coming out to find the boys. Colin was pretty cowed after that day, and while he stopped acting out he did strive to evolve. He was terrified of getting cornered and being useless, as such it wasn't too long before Colin evolved into a Quilava. The real life changing event came during an adoption interview after his thirteenth birthday when his left hand turned into a lethal, flame-patterned blade. In a complete panic the boy terrified his potential parents(and himself) as well as the nuns. After that day, Colin was a lot more isolated...Really, only younger kids still took to him though.  After that day Matilda and few of the other nuns were looking into the strange, and freakish ability of the young boy. While they searched for somewhere he could go because nobody wanted a weapon as a child. Colin fell into a slight depression even as he began to work himself. He knew the nuns would ship him off somewhere sooner or later, and he was going to be stronger than a Quilava when he was forced out. By the time he was sixteen, they had all concluded that mayhaps the DWMA was a good option, and Colin felt a bit more comfortable as he was Typhlosion by then. When he was seventeen, and it was time for term to start the boy was sent off to the school.

*I would like to note Colin has never learned how to fight. His "training" was a lot of screwing around with his friends and trying to get himself killed in stupid fights. Actually evolving was a surpsise for everyone involved, and both times he was in the midst of fighting some prick. X'D

.Weapon ::  Glaive-guisarmes: A European pole arm. It's a seven foot staff topped with an 18 inch blade. The Glaive-guisarmes has a hook curved the opposite way on the back of the blade that is used to disarm mounted warriors. This particular one is doubled bladed, and Colin is capable of using Flame Thrower in his weapon form. The ring that holds the main blade to the staff section of the glaive is very similar to the rings along his neck/shoulders in that it releases fire.

-Isn't religious despite upbringing

-Can only use Flamethrower in weapon for.(Errupts from main blade as fire stream)
-Cannot sing to save his life, but insists on singing along to all the songs he knows
-Has Jersey accent, but has made attempts to hide it.. he failed. It's still very obvious
-Never learned to swim, ride a bike, or such

-His scars are from when he accidentally trespassed into some gang turf and was attacked.
-As a younger boy, Colin was very aggressive and got into a lot of fights. He grew out of his temper
